Patriots Hat Knitted Beanie PATTERN
A must have for any Patriots fan! A beginner to intermediate level project that will yield a highly sought after handmade item. A quick to knit project -- knowing how to add more yarn is enough to get you going changing colors.
Optional: Line the finished product with fleece to make it even warmer!
Yarn: Cascade 220 Superwash or sport to worsted weight yarn.
MC: Dark Gray (1946), 1 ball 100g / 220 yds
CC1: Dark Blue (1925), 1 ball 100g / 220 yds
CC2: Light Gray (892), 1 ball 100g / 220 yds
CC3: Red (1922), 1 ball 100g / 220 yds
Accent: White (871), 1 ball 100g / 220 yds
Yarn note: You wont need the full balls of CC, but this is the size they come in.
Size: 23 hat - Large
Gauge: 5 sts/in = 20 sts over 4
Needles: US Size 6 or size needed to obtain gauge, 16 circular needles, US Size 6 double pointed needles, yarn needle for weaving in ends
