How to Add New Yarn

More Yarn Please!
Adding More Yarn
When knitting in rows, switch to a new ball of yarn at the end of a row so ends can be cleanly weaved in later.
If changing yarn in the middle of a row or round, just start knitting with the new yarn, leaving a small tail of both the old and new yarn to weave in later.

Weaving in ends as you go
You can also weave in ends when changing yarns as you go. This leaves much less work later on! To do this, knit the first stitch with the new yarn, leaving small tails of both balls. Then cross these tails over your working yarn before wrapping the next stitch. Continue crossing the tails over the working yarn every stitch or every other stitch in alternating directions.

*Pro Tip!
It's best to weave ends in in this fashion when performing knit stitches and when knitting the right side (RS) of the work. That way the woven ends will be to the back side of the work.

Changing Colors
When changing colors of yarn, just start knitting with the new color of yarn, always being sure not to pull too tightly.
